3. We check for further requirements on the job such as scaffolding (NZ health and safety standards), or if window glazing and frames require any additional repairs.
4. We will inspect and point out any rot that can often happen with older wood.
5. We will advise on any repairs that are needed before we start the job.
5. If we are painting the interior and you need plastering, we have experienced plasterers that can complete the work, so are able to quote for that too.
